Lawrence Ray "Pete" Wilson, 80, of Albion, passed away at his home on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022. He was born on March 4, 1942, in Silver Lake, Indiana to Merl and Alvinia Wilson. Army veteran, serving in Vietnam, and was a member of Albion American Legion Post No. 246. Pete worked 32 years at Dana Corp in Columbia City.

She sewed costumes and painted scenery for school plays. Predeceased by wife, Ann Balcerzak in 2003; and nine siblings, Joseph , Mary Knights, Eleanor Rignall, Helen Morien, Kate Gun, Anthony, Jr., Loretta Koneski, Leonard and Donald Balcerzak. He was employed for 31 years by Harrison Radiator in Lockport and retired in 1987. He was a charter member of the Medina Auxiliary Police, where he served both as Lieutenant and as Captain.

Diana was a member of the Pullman Memorial Universalist Church of Albion where she served as Treasurer and long-time musician playing the organ and piano as well as her guitar. He enjoyed gardening and traveling; he visited 18 states on one trip. He was born Sept. 26, 1931 in Brookfield, NY, a son of the late Frank and Mary Beach and had lived in this area most of his life.
